The Birth of the County
For years, Kylemark has helped businesses create uniforms that feel unique, taking quality garments and enhancing them with expert branding and thoughtful customisation. Creating our own apron range was the natural next step.
In early 2020, we launched the County Collection, introducing nine carefully designed bib and waist apron styles. The response exceeded our expectations, confirming there was genuine demand for aprons that offered both quality and individuality.
Built Around Our Customers
As more businesses discovered the range, they began asking for their own variations—different fabrics, pocket configurations, trims, straps and finishing details. Those requests shaped the next chapter of Coast & County, with bespoke design becoming a defining part of the brand rather than simply an additional service.
Today, the Coast & County range includes both the classic County Collection and the contemporary Coast Collection, worn by leading hospitality brands including Tom Kerridge, Restaurant Associates, Heartwood Collection, Buzzworks and Schulte Group. Every apron we create continues to reflect the same philosophy that inspired the very first design: exceptional craftsmanship, practical performance and a product that represents the business wearing it.
